>>53940847>>53941143Looking only at D/P there's only three blonde girls. If you look closely, they don't even have quite the same color pallet as her. They could have made Cynthia's sister a battle girl, it would've been an odd pair but it would have at least been some sort of personality trait. Maybe if she had some role in the story or some amount of characterization rather than just standing in a house. But then if they had intended to make her a "real" character she probably would have gotten a unique overworld sprite. I don't know how much space a dozen sprites takes up in memory but I'm sure it's nothing compared to all the 3d data and sound.
