I don't know if I should directly blame Turner for it or if the updated texture resolution is throwing things off, but the dex mostly just feels like a bunch of people's fan submitted designs that won some contest somewhere.
I've spent too long trying to figure out what's wrong and put it into words, but I just can't do it, this is the only gen where I struggle to even LIKE 90% of the selection of Pokemon; if I ever actually bought the game, I guarantee I'd use gen 1-7 mons and not the new ones.
