Are you saying Thousand Arrows and Thousand Waves are G6 moves while Core Enforcer is a G7 move? Also things are iffy now that new Pokémon can be introduced mid gen now. b...but they would never code a new Pokémon in with no intention of having it as an event in game... Mega Latias and Latios. Only obtainable in Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire however they where coded into X/Y. The only way to get them is through trade
