And it's on rivalry, too.
A small wyvern-like mon (preferably with really light-blue skin) having a cloud-like strip running down from the back of the head to the tip of the tail with Dragon/Flying typing, specializing in Sp. Attack, Sp. Defense, and Speed. The evo would then recieve another pair of wings, adding to what would be an already giant pair of front wings. Clouds would be gray, indicating a thunderstorm.
The rival of said wyvern line would be a real dragon, almost following the same thing as the Wyvern, but stats would focus more on physical attack, defense, and HP. It would have orange and yellow scales running from head to tail. Evo would have it's back scales (not head and tail scales) replaced by a bright yellow sail.
