BDSP apparently had 1.5 years of development time

According to this link, BDSP was in development for 1.5 years.

So my question is, do you guys think this was enough time, considering that BDSP was a more 1:1 type of remake, and maybe didn't need as much development time as other remakes? Or do you think the game needed more development time than 1.5 years?

Also, do we know how long were previous Pokemon remakes in development?

Personally, I think BDSP Contests are a clear improvement over the original DPPt Contests. They're a lot more fun to me, even if a bit more simple.

As for Secret Bases, I really like the Statues. I keep digging to find more and more of my favorite Pokemon's Statues. While I wouldn't call Statues an upgrade over the original Secret Bases, I wouldn't call them a downgrade either. Maybe a sidegrade.

What's your opinion?

In DPPt there's an NPC in the Survival Area Pokemon center. He talks about how "in Multi Battles coordination with your partner is very important".

This same NPC is also there in BDSP, saying the exact same words. But unlike the originals, BDSP doesn't have a Multi Battles option in the Battle Tower.

Did ILCA forget to remove that dialogue?
