Human beings who willingly give up their free will ultimately are objects, they've already signed their rights to individuality and freedom by choosing to idle in lesser joys.
This isn't even an RP thing, its how I actually view society philosophically, and allows me to actually deal with the absurd nature of it. This world has become predator and prey, and I should have no empathy for prey because they have chosen to be prey, whether cognizant of or not.
But people usually tune out what I say afterwards after being insulted at the idea that I view most others as objects of prey, because while yes I do predate on them, I take very good care of them, much better care than if they were preyed on others.
