Plot revolves around Regigigas, who is said to have shaped this region a million years ago. Team Atlas attempts to awaken it by catching the three Regis and using them in some sort of ritual or something. They want to use its immense power to tear open the region and exploit all the riches underneath. Their leader, on the other hand, feels that the world is imperfect, so he wants to use Regigigas to literally break apart and move around the land to suit his needs. Postgame, the awakening of Regigigas has broken apart some parts of the region, exposing new areas to explore, including caverns where you can catch the three Regis, who have now returned to their slumber. One of these is a new cave near a large city, where people have been complaining about headaches and strange noises coming from the cave at night. At the end of the cave you'll find a large meteorite under a large hole in the ceiling. If you come here at night the meteorite will be glowing and the night sky will be filled with stars, and Deoxys will appear.
Since it's a single game and there's no version exclusives I tried to add variety depending on time of day. I should probably make a version with 251 pokemon, and add new pokemon you'll be able to find in the postgame areas.
