>>37523366As for JP Blue, it has some different trades, new encounter tables (most notably in Seafoam and the Safari Zone), a new Cerulean Cave layout, and new graphics for a lot of things (signs, every Pokemon's front sprite). Of course, all relative to the original RG.
Personally, I applied two patches to my Blue rom. One to convert it back into an English Green, another to convert it into an English JP Blue. JP Blue is worth playing.
