A legit Milotic is rare as fuck but it's terrible at everything. It also isn't legendary. You wouldn't tell a person not to use holographic cards in a TCG, so why would you tell someone not to use a legendary when they're just like everything else? Box legendaries I can understand since they have a ridiculous BST and usually have good movepools, but stuff like Raikou and and Entei are good but not gamebreaking.
