Were nearing the dawn of new leaks(leaks like new pokemans, actual images of badges and such, not images of OC in game, mind you) and the hype will die once more. Its a been a great and amazing time experiencing these reveals, the hype, the awe and the harmonious chaos as we come together for the love of pokemon. The cycle will begin again years from now with the onset of newer generations, and Im glad to say that I will be here til the end of the pokemon fandom itself and then some. At the end of the day this was all possible because you, my brethren, helped to keep our beloved series alive through all these years, from when the series began as phenomenon it was in the 90's and through the hells of societal pressures placed upon us to grow up and become part of the larger mass.
And through it all were here to experience the onset of a new generation, and a toast to the people who have been at our beloved series side to this day.
To the "catch em all" pokefan, may the dex be large and plentiful and designs be adorable to awe inspiring.
To the "going in blind" pokefan, may the sense of discovery and amazement from a new land be to your liking.
To the tourney pokefan, may the new mechanics, attacks, mons etc broaden your metagame.
To the shiny mon pokefan, may the new vibrant and unseen colors of the new age bring a new meaning to your collection.
To the karen pokefan, may you make new connections and relationships with your comrades in this new world.
To the waifu poke fans, may the busts and rears bring a new meaning dying a fappy man(or woman).
And to all other fans I failed to mention for the sake of brevity, and to the general pokefan, may this new gen begin a bright new future for pokemon and for generations to come.
I wish you all a great adventure in this new region my friends, and to myself as well, go forward, never look back, and never let the hype down.
