Threw this idea out there once or twice over the last two weeks, gonna put it out there again.
Organised gym leader battles, as well as solo and team battles organised with other trainers from here. For more details, see the image or the text below, and email me if interested!
(We have already had a nice amount of gym member/leader interest, and not as much for pokemon league tournaments.)
/vp/ POKEMON LEAGUE
Pokemon league - Tournament style, single player, more true to the anime with more relaxed rules
Pokemon league - Tournament style, single player, recognised GF series rules
Elite Four + Champion - We could host our own style of Elite four, with somewhat regular rotation of the E4, and regular rotation of the champion
Gym leaders - Have any willing trainer (+friends to house the gym if desired) run a pokemon gym. Anyone who wins earns a badge. (Could feed into the pokemon league)
Duo Battles - Duos pair up and have battles
Team Battles - 3 and 5 man teams could team up to take each other in a league table type system
Ladder leagues - Ladder leagues where solo, duo and team participants could battle each other to move up and down the ladder.
Any other ideas? This could be something really cool.
