Defenders and Supporters rely on your teammates being remotely useful, which will never ever happen. The optimal way to play is to never trust your teammates to do anything useful at all, because they never will. If someone else calls jungle and goes to first Rotom instead of Drednaw, I simply go and take their jungle for the rest of the match because it's clear they're not fit to jungle. Every single time I do this, I end up doing much better than they were.
