>>56082379There's a hiker right before you enter Victory Hell that gives you a quest to beat the spirits, you need to beat all of them to get the Paradox mons and he also gives you a lot of goodies if you find all the ghosts spread throughout the place, thankfully there's a detector to find 'em.
It's incredibly ironic that's a quest in this game of all things.
