i don't know why a single stage lizard would have 101 hp. with 91 speed it can make good use of 103 attack, ground is a good attacking type. sand rush is an offensive ability but 81 hp is enough to make use of it's defensive ability and decent defenses without completely negating it's offensive capabilities and making it a wet noodle.
