>>37894795Fungal attacks are:
SE against Psychic, Fighting, Electric and Dragon (three types most vulnerable to psychoactive substances — either need concentration or are poor with anger management), and Grass (fungal diseases).
Not very effective against Poison (it's hard to grow on a poisoned substance, as all fungicides testify), Rock (they can't really grow on a sheer rock; lichen can, but it would be Grass/Fungus) and Steel (again, it's hard to grow on or to affect, plus Steel gets default resist to everything until proven otherwise)
Zero effective against Ice, which just gets them frozen before they can do anything.
Fungal Pokemon are:
Resistant against Fire (forest fires improve spore growth and provide extra nourishment, if anything), Fighting, Ground and Rock (because good luck causing serious harm to a fungus by any kind of blunt force; they have cell walls, tubular or sponge-like internal structure, AND lack any vitals to injure).
Weak to Plant (because those can attack fungi by producing phytoncides), Steel (which cuts them, don't you know) and Bug (those are happy to eat them).
Here, I've just made them distinct from Grass AND fixed the type chart for you. Enjoy the edgequake-free meta with defensively improved rocks and ices. ;)
