>>46503874Honestly blastoise's stats dont bother me. Its tanky with 100ish defenses and usable but not good speed/attack/special attack. I would only tweak it minorly to hit a little harder specially.

To 80/75/100/95/100/80
Bump its speed just a little to tie other 80s and give it a better but still not great special attack.
