We can only assume she's maybe attacking anything made of Steel for their materials, there's a reason why they aren't found in Eastern Province 3 where there is a bunch of Steel types are, because they're probably fought off by Humans like Goblin Hordes everyday also there are no ruins there which is where they are usually found nearby.
But...they maybe scrapping Bronzors, Bronzongs, Magnemites for materials, since they popup in the ruins which the Tinka Hunting party usually hangout.
