First of all, every gen suffers from "rehashing" Pokemon. Pic related. 6th gen not included because Kalos, while introducing a lot of original Pokemon, didn't introduce much Pokemon.
Second of all, many of your examples barely can count as a rehash. Some of them are even retarded.
