Natu's always liked bugs and vegetation, but he has an undiscovered sweet tooth. Also, due to living with Charm (+ a bunch of other carnivores in the guild), he's started taking to meat.
tl;dr, he doesn't really have a favorite (that he knows of). He'll eat anything (but if he ever has something sweet, that'll become his favorite).
