All you need is one other person if you're having trouble with Cinderace. My GF and I did Slowbro + Espathra and it was a piece of cake once we got our strategy down. Espathta has an ability that allows it to copy Cinderace's Stat buffs, plus with light clay a protect will last a while. Then Espathta can use feather dance and lumina crash to lower Cinderace's stats while Slowbro buffs itself. Roost lets Espathta never die.
