Come to think of it, I don't really mind Primarina being the shill mon? I'm speaking as a Decidueye fan, but I guess I'd prefer Primarina if only to avoid the whole "cool" and "edgy" shit the other two would clearly overuse if they were ever to be popular. Primarina would be something similar to The Little Mermaid popularity and just act cute or something like that. Get all the little girls' attention.
But given its theme, I think it's more likely for Primarina to be bound in performer promoting hell just because it looks like one. Ya know, the same thing Serena and her mons did.
As long Lana doesn't just decide to go "Oh that reminds me, I always wanted to be a performer" for whatever the heck reason. If her Popplio evolved into a Primarina, it'd be cute to see Primarina just retain its personality while making BARUUN for Lana while making her bubble dream come true. I can already picture a undersea episode of them exploring the depths of the sea while Lana is inside the balloon.
