I see this topic a lot. Are you guys really trying to compete in VGC or Smogon or are you just talking about "viability" of a mon in general? I highly doubt that those formats are THAT popular here because I see a lot of complaining about how shit some Pokemon are but very little actual discussion of the metagames.
But if we're just bitching about our bros being shit then I've got to bring up Noctowl. Worst regional bird, bad stats, and just rubbish across the board, there are 50 defensive birds better than it.
I love the fucker but it needs a cross-gen evo, a mega, a new form or something to make it better.
