Actual game sales for SwSh aren't doing much better than Smash or Splatoon at the moment, and somehow I don't think you're going to start putting out numbers for the budget of any of them.
That would be like expecting any movie tie-in game to be the 10/10 GOTY because they have a big franchise behind them. That's not how any of this works, at all.
