Here's my take on Intelleon. It's an electric/water and it's based on a spy camera. It transmits its thoughts and sight in radio waves from its antennae and its feet are soft and sticky, ensuring that it can climb and sneak around undetected. It takes sobbles timidity and evolves it into something scary that makes others timid around it. It would be around the size of a big dog.
