Am I the only one who thinks maybe she DOES know about Mohn, and maybe went extra crazy upon realizing his amnesia or whatever? Too many NPCs treat him like common knowledge not to. I think it because he wouldn't be the first family member she just gave up on after feeling "abandoned" by him. She absolutely could have made Guzma hand over Gladion had she really wanted him back.
