>>52991878Normal is ironic since it's also best described as abnormal. Everything that doesn't belong to anything else gets put into Normal, making it the weirdest type of all. Normal also has a lot of abilities or moves associated with changing your type. I'd probably associate it with "non-elemental" more than I would "normal."
It's one of the most interesting types in the entire series because it's both ends of the spectrum, going from mundane to completely unique depending on the Pokemon. I love Normal.
