Which is a game that won't coddle them like an infant (compared to Gen 1, which at its worst treated you like a child who knew how to play a videogame rather than a retard who doesn't know how to turn on his own game console), doesn't bombard them with useless fade-outs that lead into exposition and shit they don't care about every five steps, either a story worth their time or no story at all since GameFreak evidently can't write for shit without making it some vapid pandering through fujobait or waifubait, and most importantly, a fucking challenge without forcing themselves to refuse any and all tools the game provides them and running handicaps with extreme measures.
GameFreak fucking owes this franchise's success to those people, but instead of thanking them, they chose to thank the faggots who never truly cared about Pokemon that only want a shitty nostalgia trip with none of the difficulty, and since they don't know or remember much about Gen 1 to begin with, they're free to babify it even more and the masses will lap it up because it just makes it all the easier for them to get into it for several hours before getting bored after Misty and quitting.
