The only Ice pokemon who have the stats to abuse their typing well are Weavile, Froslass, White Kyurem, Cryogonal and Jynx.
Every other ice pokemon tries to play the part of some pseudo tank and almost always fails at it spectacularly. Only real notable one who plays the part okay being Regice.
We literally need more glass cannons, ice pokemon with at least 120 speed and special attack while having 50s, 60s, or 70s in everything else.
