reminds me, the guy with the m-blaziken gave me a 'mega rock' which apparently turns eligible pokemon into their megas, yet this is a permanent change you can do outside of battle, and if you change your mind there is also a anti-mega rock he gives you to undo the change
I remember getting a charmander much earlier on which could have been a megazard now but I'll stick with chandelure whose shadow ball spamming is yet to fail me
