Hex Maniac is flat as a board, and only has anything in fanart. not to mention she's only popular because she looks like Tomoko from WataMote. She's not popular off of her actual character at all.
So yes, I can say boo to her and praise all the many girls I listed who actually have large chests in the franchise.
