Oh gods....I forgot about this re-write from last version, before v13 this section was basically a time anomaly, it was never explained properly and it was forgotten almost as soon as it was over, but now it's some retarded "dimensional merge" type of retardation that makes even less sense and is somehow even more confusing than before due to the sheer amount of questions it raises up.
