honestly the only gen 3 romhack i've had a good time with has been yet another fire red hack, and even then the vanilla world, levitate spam and weird nerfed legendaries thing kinda threw me off. in addition, the round 2 elite 4 gives the champion a bunch of straight up hackmons, but they're played off as a pisstake of shitty "difficulty" hacks and it ends up being pretty hilarious - pic related
