>>22438343>If you're running a special attacker that doesn't use Hidden Power, having any attack IV higher than 0 is a detriment.You do realize there are hidden power combinations that can use 0 attack IVs right? And HP is always be 60 BP in gen 6 so the power will stay the same no matter what IV combination you get. Special attackers that use hidden power still need 0 attack IVs alongside the perfect HP spread or their IVs wouldn't be perfect.
