If the 2019 games detect a save file for LGPE that has reached the Hall of Fame, there will be a special NPC somewhere who can teach other Pikachu and Eevee the special moves that the Starter can, such as Sizzly Slide and Buzzy Buzz. It's almost like you're using the same Pokemon in spirit! Haha!
