>>43530742as much as I hate to say it the game started of being way more offensive than it is now, which I shudder to remember now. there was a lot of stupid shit that was in just to callback shitty 4chan memes or piss people off, which I ultimately decided was just lame. a lot of the direction I've been taking it in recently is more of a play on dumb stereotypes and a Celebration of Different Cultures™ (feel free to reply with your basedboy wojaks to that) than something that's supposed to reflect 4chan culture strongly, which I think was ultimately a better role for the game than trying to live in clover's shadow. I have all the respect in the world for clover; but it has a different niche than what would have complimented our game
that's why I was befuddled by an anon a few threads ago who said the game is "unfunny garbage." it's not really supposed to be funny. its just supposed cute, and should make you smile because its silly and fun
