I don't feel like these games bring in enough changes in both the system and design for it to warrant a purchase from me.
1. Too faithful to the originals. After the Oras fiasco I am legit thinking they won't bring in the same teams and level curve that Pt had.
2. The dex will be limited and in best case scenario have a few more extras. Is that enough????
3. So far no new gameplay mechanics has been shown to us. No new facilities. And let's be honest, I highly doubt that the BF will be back.
4. Online mode will be the same as Gen4 with just an updated movepool and maybe a few extra more Pokemon entries. No mega's and dynamax either.
All in all I am asking you. What's the point of this remakes?
