DexNav and Pokeradar let you get literally any Pokemon with decent IVs, hordes could EV train a whole party near instantly with very little cost and setup, and the restaurants and secret bases would let you get everything up to level within 30 minutes.
You could pump out entire teams within a day playing entirely legit, that's barely possible in SM, USUM, or SWSH...
