I’d like to see people’s opinions on the Metronome/Payday in gengeral. What should or shouldn’t learn these moves? In gen 1/3 to learn Metronome, you just needed a finger to wag so it seems. And Pay Day seems completely arbitrary. With things like Dewgong learning it. I think we need to decide on an actual policy behind these moves. I think we should give them to the most pokemon we can since they are gimmicky and just meant to be fun.
