I thought most people accepted that Gen 6 OU was one of the most souless, inspite of it's balance.
Nothing about Gen 6 OU holds it's own identity compared to the rest of the gens

I guess if you want a balanced generation, but NEED the physical/special split or you'll sperg out, then maybe Gen 6 appeals to you?

Sounds like it did okay then.
Your complaints are just that Gen 2 wasn't for you, so the remakes wouldn't be either. Really, they probably shouldn't be for you, since the people who liked it want to re-experience the game with some added flair, like updated graphics, music, and mechanics.

I honestly thought most Sceptile fans were just Grovyle fans that begrudgingly accept the final evolution.
