It doesn't work. I've tried with Vivillon -- you can't transfer. I have a save USB dongle that lets me directly modify my cartridge's save -- I successfully injected a pokemon with ID 666, but it didn't work. If any of you have .pkms you'd like me to try though, I'm happy to do it.
