Anarchy is simply a state of society without a government.
Anarchism is the belief that government of any sort is inherently tyrannical - or something in that regard. They believe we don't need government and can operate without it.
Wanting to overthrow a particular government doesn't make you an anarchist. That would make every rebel or revolutionary or conspirator ever an anarchist.
