I feel like my luck is at a peak these past two weeks.
I decided to play through all transferable gens (Gen III and up) and just recently finished Leaf Green.
I found a shiny Ponyta in LG and in my earlier playthrough of Emerald, a shiny Zubat.
At this rate I'm gonna be getting a shiny per playthrough.
Which isn't bad considering the lower rate of shiny pokemon appearing and how some people have gone years without ever finding one.
So I think I'm gonna start up a new MM project and channel my luck into that.
