After submitting my initial plot,

then editing and resubmitting...
the revision teams response to my edit was to tell me to add stuff back into my plot outline that they told me to take out in the first place.
Anyone planning on submitting a plot should take the editors input as advisory only and not sacrifice the clarity of your narative in order to perfectly conform to their layout.
