Outside a few chuckles at the punny named ones, there isn't much to be impressed. Even the legends seem mediocre and don't really stand out that much like past ones. I mean they don't need to be demi god tier creatures that rule some aspect of existence or whatever. At lest go the effort of Lugia/Ho-Oh where they come off as mystic or strong. Nothing really sticks out with most these pokemon in general anywat to the extend that SwSh at lest had a better spark of interest with the bar already so low. It shouldn't be hard to outdo that.
What I'm trying to say is that. Maybe I've become jaded for playing these games from the start of it all but I feel Gamefreak can do a bit better then this.
