>>50562760X/Y is pretty easy and incredibly beginner friendly with good variety, so i'd go with that. if this is your first ever ever nuzlocke, i wouldn't enforce any strict hardcore rules like no exp share or level caps. just enjoy the ride and once you're done with that i would then move to more challenging rulesets
