Honestly speaking if this was before 2020 I would've said Incineroar but right now it seems decidueye got the upper hand and charging past Incineroar. Smash was big for Incineroar but I have a feeling legends will be just as big desu and if the rumor is true then there's no doubt in my mind that decidueye won(even if the new form sucks) because Incineroar sucks in smash.
