A couple weeks back I posted a thread discussing my dissatisfaction with the ORAS Trainer and Gym Leader battle remixes, mainly due to the amount of instruments and details removed from the original version. Only one other anon responded to my thread, but it inspired me to try and make my own remixes of these themes, ones that are more faithful to the original, but not just basic MIDI swaps like BDSP's remixes. I started with the Gym Leader battle theme. I spent 4 hours last night finishing up the arrangement, but it still needs work in some areas, and mixing. The last section in particular was rushed, but I hope you like it so far:

I'd like to hear your thoughts on it, or if you have any ideas. It's a shame that, despite being critical of everything else, the majority of the Pokémon fandom, being musically illiterate, still pretends there are no bad soundtracks in the games.
