My only criticism is that Ghoshawk really is just a hawk, there's nothing to distinguish it as some fantastical monster. Not saying it needs some kind of stupid theme awkwardly stapled to it or to go nuts with spikes then light it on fire or something, I just think some kind of detail would help it stand out. Even pidgeotto had it's big dumb plume, and toucannon has the benefit of being based on an animal that already has a ridiculous distinguishing feature. First two work great though.
