Added a few people i missed (both Kanto) and colour coded each row by region (based on Bulbapedia).
Still need to add labels to things (and fix the text)
Now would be a good time to check if mentions are enough to deserve their own chart. These are harder to spot, because there could have been easily looked up and most I remembered from in game.
