Guzma may be good, but it has draw backs in that you still have to have the switch or float stone or what have you to get your active back out unless you are switching in a benched pokemon. There's extra steps required.
Lysandre basically reads "See that card there on your bench? Would be a shame if something terrible were to happen to it."
